II. Client Onboarding – Retainer Payment, Organizer, and Engagement Letter – Client invoicing and collecting retainer payments for services to be performed. We require a 50% retainer payment prior to beginning tax services. Clients can make a payment in there portal account by selecting “Make a Prepayment”. The remaining 50% of your quoted fee will be collected at the end of the engagement.

We then provide you with a client questionnaire, and request that you sign an engagement letter. The client questionnaire is completely digital and can be filled out on your smart phone, Ipad, or personal computer. Here is an example of what our On-Boarding portal will look like:


III. Document Upload  

Upload tax information to the client portal. Your data is secured using Amazon Web Services S3 cloud storage encrypted using 256-AES encryption. Make sure to hit “Save and Submit” only when all documents have been uploaded.


IV. Tax Preparation 

A CPA or Tax Professional works directly with you on preparing tax returns using the client portal as the primary means of communication. We keep you updating along the way.

V. Review

A CPA manager reviews tax returns for quality control.

VI. Client Review

We upload draft tax returns for client review and comments.

VII. Completion

We complete the tax returns, present final invoices and client pays final balance due.

VIII. Filing  

We E-File the tax returns with the IRS and State (If Applicable). We upload IRS and State Confirmations along with completed returns to clients portal account.
